| Some Honest Comments:
Every folding bike has it's own design strong and weak points, as well as some idiosyncrasies. Any dealer that tells you otherwise is a "used car salesman". No folding bike is a perfect bike that will do everything and anything. Our goal is to match you with a bike that comes closest to your needs and expectations. We always get asked what the difference between the Mu and Speed is. A short answer is "LOOKS". The frame is definitely a work of art. The use of frame material and choice of tire widths accounts for the weight differential. The use of aluminum tubing saves you close to about a pound in weight. It also uses a narrower tire making it feel livelier. If cutting bike weight is important and the look of aluminum appeals to you, go for the sportier Mu. Remember that on either model, we can always substitute your choice of tires to achieve some weight savings. Let us know so we can give you the right quote. |
